Story
We are a student-run Trampoline Club at the University of York, helping beginners and experienced members develop and achieve their own personal goals with the sport. Whether you've never been on a trampoline before or you've been doing it for years, we have something for you. Our members get access to qualified British Gymnastic coaches and equipment, as well as being able to help you gain new qualifications to become a coach or judge for the club. Once you've learnt the basics, we travel up and down the country to compete against other Universities and their students.
We're raising money both for our club and the Roses Charity of 2019 Beat. We're hoping to split the costs 50/50 for the club and Beat but the more money we raise, the more we can give the charity!
Beat is the UKs eating disorder charity. They began in 1989 as the first national charity for people with eating disorders because of a merger of two local charities. Called the Eating Disorders Association, they have grown and developed over time to become Beat.
They are a champion, guide and friend to anyone affected, giving individuals experiencing an eating disorder and their loved ones a place where they feel listened to, supported and empowered.
More information about Beat can be found here:

Any money that the clubs raises for itself will go towards a great amount of different things from competition subsidies to keep costs down for our members, to new equipment, and to the general upkeep and running costs of the clubs.
