David Lloyd Newbury are hosting a 24 hour Sportathon on the weekend of 14-15 May 2022 to raise funds for sick and premature babies .. Lots of different activities, including tennis,triathlon and fitness classes for all ages so please get involved.

Story

Over the years New life has helped so many little babies to a better life with much needed life saving equipment. Events like the 24 Hour Sportathon at David Lloyd Newbury helps to get lots of people involved in a fun way to raise even more funds to help these tiny lives .We are hoping this year's event will create lots of interest and support to these Special Care baby units

About the charity

New Life is a registered charity that is dedicated to raising money for special care baby units across the UK. The Charity was launched by Trevor Goodall in 1995 in memory of his sons who were born 3 months premature. Sadly they both died after a week but their struggle inspired Trevor to make a difference. In 2021 the Charity reached the amazing £1Million in donations which has helped so many sick and premature babies and their families.
