For more than 60 years Laurie Yeats made a massive contribution to the lives of hundreds of young people as they progressed through 2nd West Kirby Sea Scouts. His enthusiasm, practical skills, energy and loyalty not only drove him to making such a contribution but it also energised those adults who were fortunate to volunteer alongside him during his time with us.
We want to continue his legacy as a fitting memorial to a man who contributed so much by enabling opportunities to be explored and taken up by young people and adults associated with 2nd West Kirby SS. To this end we have set up a fund named after Laurie to help provide the necessary financial help to enable this to happen.
We invite you to contribute to its development.
