75% of suicides are male. Suicide is the biggest killer of men under 50.

Talk Club wants to change this, by making every 2 hours count. We're asking supporters to donate 2 hours of their salary to help men get mentally fit.

To calculate your 2 hours:

STEP 1: Take the hours you work in a week x 4 = Your monthly hours.

STEP 2: Then Your monthly (take home) salary divide it by Your monthly hours = Your hourly salary.

STEP 3: Then finally take your hourly salary x 2 = how much you earn every 2 hours.

STEP 4: Donate that today.
