For 30 years, Southend YMCA’s Newlands Supported Accommodation has been more than just a roof over young people’s heads. We have provided a safe, supportive home for thousands of vulnerable 18–25-year-olds facing homelessness, helping them rebuild their lives. With space for up to 35 residents, our dedicated team works closely with each individual to develop vital skills, confidence, and independence.
