Story

After seeing the work miles for men have done in the past few years which has been amazing, also after Liam Lewis recent success running 19 mile in full PPE this has inspired me to do my bit for this amazing chairty whilst supporting minds for men. Mental health has had a massive impact on my life after loosing my dad back in 2012 due to his illness.

I have decided along with Callum Atter who will be joining me to carry out a 32 mile cycle challenge. which will take place on the 6th of June 2020 - We will both be cycling 32 miles from Newcastle United FC ( St James park) to Hartlepool United FC ( Victoria Park) in memory of dad and anyone else who is suffering and needs support.

Newcastle United & Hartlepool United were the first football grounds I visited with my dad when I was a child. The places I still go now 8 years on.

We are completing this challenge in the hope to raise money for Miles for men

( minds for men ) and try and help as many people as possible to overcome mental health and to understand that it is ok not to be ok

Callum Atter will also be joining myself on the challenge which is all in order of raising awareness of mental health

More information will be coming out in the next few days.

I hope to see many people following my journey and supporting this amazing chairty.

Thank you for taking the time to read this also thank you in advance for your generosity

Adam
