We celebrate our 35th Anniversary on 18th July 2023. To mark this special day, we have arranged a number of events and activities during the week. Over the course of the week we will host a lunch for service users past and present, have a charity 5km walk/run on the banks of the Trent, host events at our allotment plots and put on afternoon tea for our volunteers. This is a chance to spend time together reflecting on the last 35 years and how the Friary has evolved during that time. It's also a time to focus on how much work there is left to do. More and more people are finding themselves homeless or at risk of losing their property. The Friary continues to be a crucial support to vulnerable people in their time of need.
