We deliver FREE Wellbeing Reset Programmes all year round, supporting women aged 18+ to build confidence, resilience and emotional wellbeing.
We help women facing life setbacks, isolation, anxiety, low confidence and mental health challenges, providing a safe space to reset.
Take on the 39 Resilience Challenge - Your Way. July - September - Complete 39 Activities over 3 months.
Walk, run, or swim 39 times (at your own pace); complete 39 chair yoga or gentle exercise sessions; practice 39 breathwork sessions; enjoy 39 wellbeing moments – reading, practising gratitude, drinking more water, spending time outdoors, eating nourishing food, baking, or self-care. Or mix and match your activities to reach the 39 challenge.
