On Friday 19 March 2027, people from across Luton will spend one night sleeping out at Fraser Plus shopping centre to support three local charities tackling homelessness, housing insecurity and domestic abuse. Join us, or sponsor someone who is.

Why it matters

Homelessness in Luton takes many forms. It might be someone sleeping rough, someone sofa surfing with no fixed address, a family in temporary accommodation, or a woman fleeing an unsafe home. No single charity can respond to all of it, so three of us are working together.

Building on a successful first year

The first Luton Sleepout took place on 21 March 2026. Nearly 100 people took part, building cardboard shelters and spending the night outdoors or inside the venue. It showed how much support there is in Luton for this cause and this year we want to bring even more of the community together.

All money raised with be evenly shared by the three charities

NOAH Enterprise supports people who are homeless, rough sleeping or at risk of homelessness, from a meal, shower and medical care to advice and help finding accommodation, work or training.

IMPAKT Housing & Support provides accommodation for more than 200 people across Bedford and Luton, using a trauma-informed approach to help residents move towards independent living.

Stepping Stones (Luton) supports women and children affected by domestic abuse, offering a safe, welcoming space and the practical help they need to rebuild their lives. Around 14,000 people in Luton experienced domestic abuse last year, most of them women.
