On a daily basis, 4Cs helps the more than 5,000 Passaic County families, and more than 8,000 vulnerable children who we serve obtain high quality, accessible, and affordable childcare; offersprofessional training, job placement and technical assistance services to more than 2,240 qualified, early childcare professionals; and provides free parenting and childcare resources to all families and educators throughout the state.
