Alice is challenging YOU to take on her 50 Day challenge!
Whether it's fifty squats, fifty tennis serves, fifty star jumps or fifty pushups (not all at once!) - you can pick what fifty things you will do each day for 50 days!
Every day you complete your challenge and raise money for DENS, you will be helping vulnerable members of our community to get through this difficult time and rebuild their lives.
Please remember to ALWAYS follow Government guidelines. Stay safe, stay local and practise social distancing in whichever exercise you choose.
