Since 1966, we’ve worked to ensure that no one has to face poor mental health alone — and this anniversary is a chance to honour our history, share lived experiences, and inspire future hope.

#60for60 is a simple, inclusive campaign that encourages you to choose any challenge or activity themed around the number 60 — whether it's 60 minutes, 60 miles, £60 raised, or 60 acts of kindness.

It’s a fun, flexible way to support local mental health services in Norfolk and Waveney, helping us continue delivering vital crisis support, talking therapies, youth services, peer support, and community programmes.
