We want to help as many young people as we can by giving their leadership prospects a turbo-charge that they couldnt get otherwise

Our vision is a world where personal achievement depends on talent and application and is not affected by colour, race, gender or religion.

So, over the last year 10 years we have built:

a Board of great Trustees check our website for our names and bios;

an inspiring plan; and

a network of young leaders, mentors and buddies

So far we have concentrated our activities on running several leadership programmes for high-potential young people.

Our plans are in to scale up our programmes across the country.

We are ambitious and confident of success.

Aleto provides hundreds of role models to help create a cadre of leaders for the future.

Whats important about the Aleto Foundation is that those of us who have made it are not retreating into a gated community but instead are helping to do what we can to support the next generation of leaders.
