Gemma Lowery, CEO of the Bradley Lowery Foundation has lived this first hand, and feels that sometimes, parents just need someone to talk too.

The support line is designed so that parents can speak to a trained counsellor at a time that suits them (up to 9pm), as having a poorly child, you are not always available between office hours.
