Taking part is simple - just walk your own 7 mile route crossing your local bridges on Sunday 26 September and ask your friends to sponsor you to take part. You can go at your own pace, so all ages and abilities are welcome. Why not ask your friends and family to join in and walk with you?
Everyone taking part will receive a medal, and grown-ups will get a Lymphoma Action t-shirt to walk in. There will also be a prize for the person or group who can walk over the most bridges! Last year the record was an amazing 21 bridges, achieved by joint winners Pearl (Bristol) and Lydia (Stevenage) - but can their record be beaten?
We really enjoyed the challenge - what a great way to keep fundraising in these times of social distancing! Id also like to thank Lymphoma Action for the support provided for us with lymphoma. Its been particularly hard during the lockdown and doing the walk helped me to feel more positive and go out and do something active.
