The largest provider of community NHS health care across Sussex, SCFT serve a population of 1.3 million people and care for 9,000 people every day. Our Trusts expert teams provide essential medical, nursing and therapeutic care to adults, children and families. Sussex Community NHS Charity supports SCFT staff and patients in lots of different ways. Thanks to the kind and generous support of our communities raising and donating vital funds, we provide grants that are used to improve staff and patient wellbeing, buy specialist pieces of equipment that can't be funded by the core NHS budget, and pay for specific projects and training that enhance the welfare of patients and staff.

The Brighton Trail Weekend

Our fantastic runners, all taking part to enhance NHS care across our community, will start on Brighton seafront and head straight into the beautiful South Downs National Park. Discovering rolling hills, chalky trails and enchanting, Sussex woodlands.
