Story

The London 10K is a highlight in CALM's event calendar, and last year over 400 people took part. This year, we'd love you to join #TeamCALM virtually and run your favourite 10K route, wherever you're taking part from.

Were going all out to make the London 10K take-over as CALM as we can. That means pre-race pep talks, inspirational playlists, next-level race day entertainment, and a warm fuzzy feeling for supporting CALMs life-saving services.

Why? Cos running's important. It's not all about the miles run, or the money raised, it's about getting outside and feeling part of something. And while you may have been getting the runs in, you're probably missing is the connection from meeting your fellow runners at run clubs and races; having a chin wag, moaning about the weather - you know, the important stuff.

So get your running shoes on and test that internet connection. Take on the Virtual London 10K and support CALMs life-saving services when they're needed most.
