Here at Cumbria Family Support we know how hard this year has been. We support approximately 80 families with over 200 children in Carlisle, Eden and Allerdale.

Usually we are able to help brighten Christmas by providing gifts, food hampers, and hosting 2 Christmas parties with a wonderful children's entertainer mesmerising the children, getting them all into the Christmas spirit (and the grown-ups too!)

This year we are determined to do what we can to keep that spirit going whilst keeping our families, staff and volunteers safe in light of the current pandemic. We are launching our Christmas campaign today, to enable us to make our dreams reality.

We are raising money so that we can provide families with vouchers, selection boxes and a few festive foodie treats. Alongside this we will be hosting 2 online Christmas shows to give young ones a truly magical start to their Christmas celebrations!

We have already been fortunate to secure amazing support from a range of organisations and individuals so far, including QEGS in Penrith, Mother's Union, Carlisle Audi to name but a few.

But, we need to ask you, our wonderful supporters, if you can help us! Every little helps and so if you can donate anything, small or large, it will help keep the magic alive for the children and families we are supporting in what we know is going to be a very different Christmas this year..
