The CMS Cardiff team will be undertaking the Welsh Three Peaks Challenge which takes place in the three peaks of Wales: Snowdon in the North, Cadair Idris in mid-Wales, and Pen y Fan in the South.

It includes a total walking distance of 17 miles (27.4km) and an ascent of 2334 metres (7657ft), usually in less than 24-hours. We're aiming to begin the challenge at 6pm Thursday 1st June at Pen Y Fan. starting Snowdonia at 4:30am Friday 2nd June and completing Cadair Idris by 6pm.

We are raising money for Tŷ Hafan, a Welsh registered charity that provides holistic palliative care for children with life-limiting conditions and their families from throughout Wales. A wide range of care and support is offered at the hospice, based in the Vale of Glamorgan in south Wales. Support is also offered in the community, at hospitals or in schools.
