Story

The family of Carol Martin Blackman has created this memorial fund in her honor.

Carol Martin Blackman was born in Portsmouth, VA and resided in Virginia Beach, VA. She represented being a local, Tidewater VA Lady.

She was a Va Beach Public School teacher for 30 years at Bayside High School. She was fondly admired by faculty and students. She was also an extremely stylish woman and so fun to be around! Her spirit will live on forever! Viva Sparkles and Animal print!
