Community Connections Lewisham is a social prescribing service run by Age UK Lewisham and Southwark. We exist to help over 18s across Lewisham access the wide array of great opportunities available across the borough.

£5 could pay for Community Connections Lewisham to support a resident out of a food crisis by sharing low-cost food option

£15 could pay for Community Connections Lewisham to spend one hour on the phone to a resident, giving them the time to explain and discuss their situation, and provide the most suitable opportunities for support available

£25 could pay for Community Connections Lewisham staff to accompany an isolated resident to a social group for the first time, ensuring they feel confident they know how to get there, feel comfortable at the group, and can attend independently in the future
