THE CHALLENGE

On 1 April this year, Conneely Group staff will be embarking on the exciting challenge, Tough Mudder, in support of RedR UK.

Tough Mudder is a 10km long obstacle course designed by the special forces to test all-round strength, stamina, mental grit, and camaraderie. Michael, John, Sean, Mark, Michelle, Danny, Brandon, Brett, Liam, Katie, Abby and Kate will be braving icy water, hills, muddy fields, rope climbs, fire and electricity in this challenging obstacle course.

THE CHARITY

RedR UK is an international charity that trains and supports aid workers around the world.

We act to ensure disaster-prone communities are resilient by giving them practical life-saving skills, advice and support, which help them prepare for, respond to and recover from natural disasters and conflicts.

Citizens are always the first responders to disasters. That's why RedR builds skills of national aid workers working from local organisations, to ensure skills remain in-country for the long term and ready for future disasters.

Our vision is a world in which sufficient competent and committed personnel are available and responding to humanitarian needs.

Our mission is to develop the capacity and resilience of aid workers, communities, and organisations in humanitarian, development, and peacebuilding contexts.
