Winter is the time of the year we most want to feel safe, warm and secure in our own homes, surrounded by people we know and love.

This winter, were asking you to help us make this possible for hundreds of disabled people all over the UK.

Our information service exists to provide advice and support to people and organisations who need it to stay in their own homes and to access the care they need.

£20 enables us to help four people make the decisions they want to live the life they choose.

Without our advice, many of the people we speak to would find themselves lacking crucial support, and might ultimately end up being moved into sheltered housing or institutions, or even being institutionalised in their own homes by local-authority-dictated care.

We give people their choice back and put them in control of their own lives. Will you help us to help them; a total of 250 people if we reach our £1,000 target.
