Dogs Trust is the largest dog welfare charity in the UK. We love all dogs, and the people who love dogs too. We care for dogs in need through our network of 22 centres across the UK and Ireland, finding them loving new homes. A dog is for Life, not just for Christmas ©

Story

Thank you for supporting the Canonteign Abseil event to help raise funds for Dogs Trust.

We are very blessed to have a wonderful team of supporters, volunteers and staff, who always go above and beyond for our canine residents - and this event is a prime example!

As a group of Dogs Trust Ilfracombe staff and friends, we will be taking on the challenge of abseiling down a 220ft waterfall at Canonteign Falls on Friday 2 July.

Places are limited and time is short! Therefore, if you have registered to take part in the event, you can click on the Start Fundraising button on this page to set up your own JustGiving page and raise funds for Dogs Trust.

Meanwhile, if you would like to support the team (with your feet firmly on the ground!), you can also make a donation directly to this page by clicking on the Donate button.

We really appreciate your kind support of Dogs Trust at this difficult time. We usually care for around 14,000 dogs each year and currently have more 400 dogs throughout our 21 UK based rehoming centres.

Although our rehoming centres have been closed to the public, we have continued to rehome dogs in a way that abides by government social distancing rules.

It's dogs like Duffy that your donations help Change the Tale for, so thank you again for supporting Dogs Trust.

From all of us at Dogs Trust, on two and four legs - thank you!
