On 30th November, it's Giving Tuesday and this year we are asking you to think about Newborns Vietnam.

Giving Tuesday is a global generosity movement unleashing the power of people to transform the world. It is your chance to do good, share positivity and inspire others whilst helping charities like Newborns have a greater impact and make a bigger difference.

All the money raised from Giving Tuesday will go directly towards 26 Emergency Boxes for 13 maternity hospitals in our network programme in northern Vietnam. Shortly after birth, many newborn babies need some help to breathe, with many preterm and sick newborns also suffering from ongoing respiratory distress. Each Emergency Box costs US$480 (~£366) and contains Bags, Masks and other life saving tools that are desperately needed to give thousands of babies a fighting chance to survive and live a healthy life.
