Help Cyrenians tackle the causes and consequences of homelessness here in Edinburgh by supporting #TeamCyrenians at this year's Edinburgh Marathon Festival!

Cyrenians has been tackling the causes and consequences of homelessness for over 50 years. As well as providing direct support to those experiencing street homelessness, we work to prevent homelessness by alleviating poverty, tackling food insecurity and providing support to families and young people.

Homelessness has risen to its highest level on record in Scotland. The majority of those classed as homeless live in temporary accommodation, and in Edinburgh the number of children living in such properties has doubled since 2019.

At Cyrenians, we work to ensure that everyone has a place to call home, and we know that secure, safe and stable accommodation is the foundation families and individuals need to flourish. Across more than 50 projects, we meet people where they are, and support them towards where they want to be.
