Celebrate International Women's Day 2021 by taking on a personal challenge and making a donation to support women and children across Edinburgh to recover from the trauma of domestic abuse.

Last year over 300 folk gathered in Porty for a bracing sunrise swim to raise funds to support Edinburgh Women's Aid. We can't all gather together this year, but the lovely people at @wildswimmingstories on Instagram are inviting you take on your own swim / cold water related challenge - whether that's in the sea, in the bath or in the shower! - to again raise funds for EWA and other local women's charities.

Take on a challenge, make a donation and then if you take a fun photo and tag @wildswimmingstories on Instagram you'll be entered into a competition to win prizes donated by some wonderful swim companies!

All funds raised will make a life-changing and life-saving difference to women and children who are recovering from abuse.
