Organised by RECLAIMRECLAIM have brought together a diverse group of young female women from working class communities for a project that will combat the barriers in their way to leadership.
Story
Reclaim is a charity that works with young people from working class communities.We have a focus on youth leadership and aim to create social change.
Full Time Fierce brings together 30 young female leaders from across Manchester, Leigh, Salford, Rochdale and Port Talbot with the aim of smashing the hierarchy by being unapologetically bold.
As part of the programme, we aim to better understand the barriers that female leaders face using the results from this survey. We will address how to overcome these through a range of workshops, guest speakers and training.
