Like so many small businesses during the Covid 19 Pandemic, the Fitzhead Tithe Barn has had to close its doors until we are allowed to meet together and socialise again. All bookings are cancelled for the foreseeable future, and with no income coming in we are now facing financial difficulties. It cost about £4000 per year to keep the Tithe Barn open and while we are doing everything we can to reduce overheads, we are now in serious danger of not being able to pay our bills in coming months.
The Tithe Barn is our much-loved village hall and is the only remaining place in Fitzhead where we can all meet together as a community, or hire a space for private parties, wedding parties or wakes etc. The pub has shut and there are no shops or other public facilities in the village.
Please would you help us survive this difficult period by donating whatever you can to help us to keep the Tithe Barn open for the village.
Thank you so much for your support!
