Help make the Frome Riverbank bloom!

Last Autumn over 1,000 new daffodils were planted on the banks of our river, on the land managed by Frome Town Council (as you look from the main car park towards the Westway). This was paid for by donations, assisted by FTC.

And now in April/May 2021 they are flowering - and will of course flower every year.

Frome Lions Club are delighted to support this initiative and are now launching an appeal for £1,000 to buy more bulbs - both more daffodils and other bulbs - to plant in the autumn of 2021, working alongside the FTC Rangers Team.

So, if you want to help make this part of our town bloom for years to come, then why not chip in?

For example, £10 will buy 75 daffodils or £20 will buy 150

Please note all monies donated to this appeal will go to buying bulbs, not to Frome Lions Club, we are simply the hosts of the appeal.

Some volunteers may be required to help with the planting though in the Autumn!
