We have an exciting opportunity for 10 young men on our Future Leaders programme to attend a black-tie business event in October. We're asking for support to outfit our young men in tuxedos and smart shoes for the evening.

Our Future Leaders programme works with young black men who have been excluded or are at risk of being excluded from school across London to help them make a successful transition from school into employment or further education, overcome the barriers they may face such as a lack of networks, social capital and soft skills, and prepare them to be ready to find a fulfilling career.

Attending this event will be a great opportunity for our Future Leaders young men to learn about the business sector, to see representations of themselves in a successful space and to grow their networks. The event is all about inspiring and connecting black business owners and professionals.
