As part of MS Awareness Week 2022 (25 April - 1 May) Multiple Sclerosis National Therapy Centres have an 'Activity Challenge' of a 'Virtual Journey' from Land's End to John O'Groats.

The national challenge is to travel virtually from Land's End to John O'Groats visiting each of the Therapy Centres throughout the UK, 1047 kilometres in total!

Each Centre has a goal of achieving 100 kilometres.

Members, Staff and Volunteers of the Solent MS Therapy Centre will be completing our 100k in the Centre on our Thera Trainer or bicycle on a turbo trainer, some will be taking part remotely on their bicycles, in the gym on cross trainers, exercise bikes or whatever else they can clock up the kilometres with!
