Story

Our beloved Mister has quite a story. Originally picked up as a stray earlier this year, Mister is one of those dogs that you cannot help but fall deeply in love with. He has the softest, sweetest soul and became a firm favourite amongst the team very quickly.. not that we have favourites

Mister suffered from the standard stinky Staffie guts (if youve owned a Staffie, you know what we mean!). However, these began to worsen; his health started to deteriorate and he was losing weight. Throughout all of this, he never lost that spark that made him Mister though!

Rushed into the vets one afternoon, it was clear our special boy was very unwell. Mister had numerous vet visits over the coming weeks, blood samples taken, scans completed. The little man really has taken it all in his stride; always eager to say hello to pretty much everyone in the vet's reception; the vet nurses even sneaking into the consult room to say hello to him!

After a chat with our vet, we agreed Mister would be best suited to a foster home and we were luckily approached by a wonderful foster home, who Mister loves dearly. He is on a strict sensitive food diet and to be honest, he is absolutely spoiled! He has been receiving regular vet checks and blood tests. With them, Mister has flourished, gaining weight and on the mend, or so we thought.

Recently Mister had a medical crisis and our vets have informed us the only way to get a diagnosis is with endoscopic biopsies and exploratory surgery. These procedures are not cheap and so we are asking all our friends and supporters to , help us raise £1,500 to cover the costs. We know it is a big ask but we all believe Mister deserves this chance; he is a truly special boy that desperately needs your help.
