A quote from *Mary...
" I haven't stepped a foot past my garden for a year now, I'm lucky I have a garden, I know there are other people in worse situations than me. I used to go to the supermarket each week and to see my friend at her house. Now the thought of getting on the bus by myself terrifies me. I'm worried I'll be wobbly and might have a fall.
Age UK Wakefield District have been visiting to help me get back on my feet, I've walked to the post office to buy stamps and hope to get to the shops with Julie soon, I couldn't do it without her"
