Thank you for signing up for ARCs Just for January, giving that bad habit the boot for the month, and donating what you save to ARC Cancer Support Centres.

It takes a very special ARC Hero to kick a habit and raise funds for ARC. So, whatever you decide to give up - junk food, smoking, alcohol, chocolate or crisps, all you have to do is donate what you save at the end of the month of January here on this page and well done to you for giving the bad habit the boot!

If you havent already registered you can register HERE . There is no registration fee. We only ask you to commit to staying on course for the month of January and donating what you save.

Dont forget to set yourself a fundraising target people are more likely to help you reach it!

ARC provides free psychological, emotional, practical and educational support to people and their loved ones affected by cancer. In line with the Governments guidelines and healthcare advice with respect to Covid-19, ARC has taken the difficult step of temporarily closing its drop in centres. Notwithstanding, ARC is determined to continue its important mission and has replaced its physical support services to online and teleconference platforms. We have embraced technology so that we can continue to co-ordinate and deliver the counselling and psycho-social support that is so desperately needed in these extraordinary times.
