Find your favourite superhero, dig out your costume, and come along! If you're not a fan of dressing up, then come as you are, you can still get involved and raise money for this fantastic charity.

The 5k and 10k routes will put your superspeed to the test and include professional chip timing, managed by Sporting Events UK. All finishers will receive an exciting medal, unique to this event!

Or, if you want a fun day out with the family, why not try the 1 mile fun run. Run a course with exciting superhero obstacles to cross and, perhaps, some villains to fight! And, of course, everyone who finishes gets a special medal, just for the Fun Run!

And, when your not out running, we will have plenty of stalls for refreshments and fun activities, to give everyone a chance to unwind and have some fun!
