On day one, the team will be taking on the first 150km of the 250km journey, as they depart from Twickenham and ride across London, through Essex, to Harwich International Ferry Port. After a long day in the saddle, riders will have the opportunity to rest up on the overnight ferry before setting off again the next morning to complete the remaining 100km of the challenge. This will involve riding from Rotterdam, up the coast and inland to Amsterdam.
