LMS Bench Press For Kashmir 2021
Organised by Alubadia OrphanageLuton's Most Strongest is hosting a Charity Bench Press Meet in aid of Kashmir. The aim is to raise funds for Alubadia Orphanage to support their charitable projects inside Kashmir.

LMS Charity Bench Press Meet
We are proud to reannounce our Charity Bench Press Meet at LMS Iron Paradise Gym.
The aim is to attempt to hit your personal best on the Bench Press whilst doing it for our Mission Kashmir cause. The money raised will be donated to @alubadia
Only one rule: The bar must touch your chest and you must achieve full elbow lock out.
You can use whatever aids you like whether its elbow wraps, suits, slings etc. Doesnt matter, we just want to see some PBs being hit.
Saturday 20th November 2021
This will be an all day event where you turn up, weigh in and record your attempts with judges officiating.
Participants must sign and pay before 13th November!
