Our wonderful supporters are taking part in this 4/8 mile walk travelling through Lavender Fields, parkland and woodland. It is a chance to remember loved ones whilst raising money for the local hospice.

Here at St Raphael's Hospice, we believe that the end of your life is as important as the life you've lived. We care for people in Merton and Sutton living with a life-limiting illness and their families. Over 1,000 patients and those close to them benefit from our exceptional hospice care every year. We offer home-based and in-patient care, wellbeing services and bereavement support.
