Visit the charity's profileWe know that at this time of year our services will be needed more than ever. Christmas can be a difficult time for the people we support; a time when families are forced to spend more time than normal together; not always a happy time of the year for some.
At Staffordshire Women's Aid we have been providing refuge for families experiencing domestic violence since 1976. Now, more than ever, we want to continue saving and changing the lives of women and children affected by domestic violence. - CEO, Dickie James
With your help we will provide safety and care for 16 families in our Refuge this Christmas and ensure that Christmas 2021 if filled with joy, happiness, friendship, support and all the things we all look forward to at this time of year.
Dickie says:
We think it's vitally important that all those we care for receive a Christmas Hamper, special gifts, the treats we all enjoy and most important of all the safety and care our Refuge offers.
This year we will also be hosting a very special Christmas Party for everyone at our Refuge and you can help us to make this a very joyous start to the festive season by making a donation to this appeal.
