We have all been deeply affected by the distressing images of the bushfires which are ravaging huge swathes of Australia and devastating wildlife. Please donate money to help fund some of the rescue and rehabilitation programmes.

The Longleat Charitable Trust

The Longleat Charitable Trust supports a variety of causes including recent campaigns for education and conservation of Koalas, support for Australian Wildlife affected by bushfires, the advancement of education and the relief for those in need, particularly those close to Longleat and Cheddar.

Story

Longleat has a particularly close association with South Australia and Cleland Wildlife Park and is the only zoological collection in Europe to look after southern koalas.

We are also part of the International Koala Centre of Excellence (IKCE), a ground-breaking joint initiative to support research and raise funds for koala management and conservation.

Catastrophic events like this can feel overwhelming and leave us all feeling helpless, however, there are simple things we can all do that will really help.

Please donate money to help fund the rescue and rehabilitation programmes. Donations will be made to the Longleat Charitable Trust. All donations (including Gift Aid) for this campaign will got towards causes associated with the fires as well as our Koala Conservation partnership with IKCE.

Organisations we support include: SAVEM (South Australian Veterinary Emergency Management), Minton Farm Rescue and Manfred Heide Wombat Rescue.
