Organised by Institute of PhysicsLyndon Jones, Treasurer of the IOP's Wales Committee, died peacefully on Wednesday 3rd February 2021 aged 56. The IOP is now accepting donations in lieu of flowers for a fantastic physics-based initiative in Lyndon's name.
As Treasurer of the IOP Wales committee Lyndon Jones was known to his fellow committee members as dedicated to his role and generous with his time. Lyndon was also a Fellow of the IOP and a Chartered Physicist.
Passionate about helping SMEs to take the next step, Lyndon will be sorely missed by his colleagues and all that worked with him.
The IOP would now like to create an inspiring new initiative in Lyndon's memory to benefit others within the physics community. We are now accepting donations in lieu of flowers to make this happen.
