While we spend our time caring for others at Stockport NHS Foundation Trust, its important to remember to take care of ourselves too. The May Miles challenge is about putting your health and wellbeing first by pushing yourself to go the extra mile this May - taking on one of the activities below.
Mile a day May - take the time to walk at least 1 mile a day in May
50 Mile Month - cover at least 50 miles over the month of May
Pick your own target - whether it's closer to 50 or 500 miles see how far you can go in a month
Stockport NHS Charity exists to improve the health of wellbeing of patients by delivering treatment above and beyond ordinary standards due to enhanced medical equipment, improved staff wellbeing, performance and development and advanced research.
