Our final month has arrived and we are so grateful to Jill and Lowri who have joined our team. Cathy, Jayne, Jane and Emma have all agreed to run another month .
An April team of 10! The new runners are all taking the time from busy jobs and lives to run, run, run.
Starting to run is one of the best things I've done to maintain my mental health and never has that been more needed than during these lock downs.

Please join us in running whatever distance you are comfortable with and then challenge yourself to do a little bit more. I didn't think I could ever run a marathon distance over a month - now I'm running one for each of the next 3 months! Every penny goes to supporting those who are most vulnerable and your achievement will help someone get through their time of crisis. Whether it's a mile a day or 10k a week, find something that suits your life at the moment and get others to join the challenge.
