Including children in family mediation

When parents separate it's often the children who feel left behind, uncertain about the future with no place to share their concerns. Child-inclusive mediation focuses on their needs and gives them a voice. Please support this important work.

We help families resolve the practical, legal, emotional and financial issues arising from separation, helping them make long-lasting arrangements that benefit everyone in the family, especially the children.

Child-inclusive mediation gives children a stake in shaping their own futures and keeps parents focused on their children's needs.

Your support will help :

* £30 pays for 200 booklets ... for parents & children to work together with the new arrangements, supporting a Parenting Plan

** £80 pays for a consultation session ... involving children & parent/s for an hour and a half with one of our expert accredited mediators

*** £150 pays for a second session ... so the family can develop their new parenting arrangements taking account of the children's expressed wishes

**** £300 pays for a mediation bursary .... so a low-income family (not eligible for legal aid) can reap the benefits of child-inclusive mediat ion.
