It has been a year like no other for all of us. The NHS Big Tea takes place on 5 July (the NHS's birthday) and is the opportunity for all of us to have a cup of tea, wherever we are, reflect on the past year, and to help our local NHS by raising funds.

As the charity for East Surrey Hospital, and the whole of Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust, we would love you to join us in having a cuppa, wherever you are on 5 July.
