Queer Science, a NOGLSTP affiliate, is a group of people associated with University of Minnesota that organizes STEM demonstration events for queer and trans high school students interested in science. The events are led by undergraduate students, graduate students, professors, and alumni who help queer and trans youth conduct experiments in microbiology, environmental chemistry, physics, and engineering, and engage in dialogue about the unique experiences of LGBTQ+ scientists.
