13-year-old Neave is short of funds to pay for a life-enhancing, adapted buggy. The specialised equipment will enable the teenager and her family to spend much-needed, quality time together, outside of the house.

Neave, who has dyspraxia, a neurological disorder which affects her movement and coordination, is unable to enjoy trips to the beach or the woods as her wheelchair cannot move over uneven ground.

The all-terrain buggy, which would be specially adapted to fit Neave, would open up a world of opportunities for her and her family. With the equipment they would have the freedom to be able to go on family outings together again.

Neave's mum, Natasha, says: "The buggy would be absolutely life-changing for us. It would give Neave the ability to be included and active within an active family. It would enable us to be a whole family again because we haven't been for a long time - its been a bit of a struggle.

"It would turn our world around."
