When the hurricanes destroyed the crops of the small farmers around the Telica volcano, Nuevas Epseran established 5 new apiaries, a new dragon fruit family farm, and follow up and materials have been provided to existing family farms. In addition, a new small extension has been installed in San Pedro Nuevo water system, to benefit a few families from a neighbouring hamlet and food supplies have been delivered.
