Throughout this week and beyond, members of the Barking & Meowing Heads Team will be engaging in a variety of CHALLENGING fundraising challenges. They want to help raise awareness of how PAT helps members of our communities with mental health issues, whilst also raising all-important funds to help continue the visiting volunteer service. PAT visiting volunteer teams across the UK help people in NHS hospitals, residential and nursing care homes, schools, prisons and many more
With an increasing public awareness of Mental Health, PAT ambassador James Middleton will be going live on the Barking Heads Instagram Page with PAT National Volunteer & Events Manager Matthew Robinson to discuss the work of PAT and James own battle with Mental Health

We (PAT) are so thrilled to be working with Barking & Meowing Heads on such an important topic. James has been very open about his own battles with Mental Health which can only help society to become more aware and understanding, knocking down some of the stigmas attached to this often devastating illness
